     Our Quality Policy

operate, according to the purposes and the business context, the internal and external factors that can influence the services provided and the parties concerned, supporting its strategic guidelines, in order to have tools to face risks and opportunities for improvement

operate so that customer satisfaction is always guaranteed by raising awareness of the customer's needs and compliance with the applicable legal requirements

provide the company with a flexible structure capable of ensure a prompt adaptation to customer needs

address the issue of quality with renewed commitment both from a strategic and operational point of view, in order to improve the quality of the services offered and to strengthen and increase market penetration

systematically implement appropriate actions aimed at the continuous improvement of the QMS, through the use of the operational tools provided within the system itself (risk analysis, corrective actions, improvement actions, internal audits, data analysis, system review)

facilitate internal and external communication (partners, suppliers, customers), with a view to the continuous improvement of QMS, which allows the maintenance of high quality standards of the services offered

defining tasks and responsibilities and keeping the necessary processes under control by defining objectives for the realization of the services and for the management of the system
